Rashmi Metaliks produces highest quality Sponge Iron in its Jhargram facility which has a production capacity of 1.5 TPA. The production process used by Rashmi Metaliks is far superior to the ones used by the competitors.

We use Iron Ore extracted from mines and process these at our Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) Plant. We charge them using coals of different sizes using conveyor from different stock houses.

Using “BURWARD” reaction, we carefully control the temperature and air volume. Then Reactants get reduced and Sponge Iron instilled with Charcoal is obtained. We then use Magnetic Separator to extract the Sponge Iron.

It is a result of following such precision process, that we at Rashmi Metaliks are able to produce the best-in-class Sponge Iron.
