Our Production Facilities

 

Blast Furnace

  • A blast furnace is a type of metallurgical furnace used for smelting to produce industrial metals. Blast refers to the combustion air being “forced” or supplied above atmospheric pressure.

We smelt ore with coke and lime to produce Cast
Iron for further conversion to Ductile Iron.

Our facility is equipped with 2 blast furnaces.

Induction Furnace

Existing:
We have a dedicated induction furnace for each production unit with a total capacity of 16 Induction Furnace which results in a timely and continuous supply of metal without any delay.
Capacity:
10 MT – 13

Annealing Furnace

Annealing is a heat treatment process that is used to alter the chemical or physical properties of metal to make it more ductile and reduce its hardness.

An annealing furnace works by heating an annealing furnace above its recrystallization temperature and then cooling once the sample has been maintained at this temperature for a suitable amount of time.

Existing:
Our production facility is equipped with 3 Nos running induction furnaces dedicated for each production unit.
DN80 – DN1200: 1
DN80 – DN400: 2

Projected:
DN 80 – DN 1600: 1

CCM (Centrifugal Casting Machine)

Our production facility is equipped with a Horizontal Centrifugal Casting Machine for the production of Ductile Iron Pipes.

The horizontal method means that a mould, or die, spins about a horizontal axis.  This occurs with the mould, or die, sitting on four trunnion wheels, the mould being mounted to a single faceplate or a mould, or die, being clamped between two faces.

We have a total of 16 horizontal centrifugal casting machines.

We have 5 production units for the production of different sizes of DI Pipes.

We have dedicated units for Small Diameter Pipes to fulfil the current market demands.

We have 3 dedicated lines for Zinc and Bitumen coating for the pipes. The capacities for the same are as below:

BL -2: DN100 – DN400
